How to use:

1. Apply water-based lube around the non-erect penis and scrotum.
2. Gently pinch a bit of scrotal skin at the bottom and pull through the ring.
3. Push the first testicle through the ring.
4. Push the second testicle through the ring.
5. Bend penis down and put through shaft of the chastity cage.
