This rental can be booked by the day or the hour. There is a 2-hour minimum for hourly rentals.

The studio also includes photo backdrops and studio lighting, making this space suitable for photoshoots.

Located right at the heart of Uptown Minneapolis on Lake and Lyndale with plenty of local restaurants, bars, nightlife, movie theaters, and much more.
The studio is 3 miles away from the US stadium and Downtown Minneapolis (approximately a 15 minute drive and 30 minute bus ride). Plenty of bus stops right outside the studio for easy access to public transportation.

The studio is a corner unit with a balcony, ensuring a high level of privacy during your stay.

The space

Our studio combines a classic ambience with modern appeal. Exposed brick and hardwood flooring pair with boudoir/kink-themed art & decor. The space is a corner unit with a balcony, ensuring a high level of privacy. We are happy to discuss your plans or answer questions prior to your stay.

From restraints and impact toys to a bondage bed and suspension rigs, we offer a carefully curated selection of items to suit a variety of preferences and levels of experience. The play space is designed to encourage kinky exploration and provide you a sanctuary to fulfill your kinkiest fantasies!

Amenities include a queen-sized bed, washer and dryer, full bath, wifi, bluetooth sound bar, electric fireplace, and a full kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove & oven, sink, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and kitchenware.

Guest access

Guests have private entry to the unit. The unit is located on the third floor of the building. The studio can only be reached via stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.

Parking

Street parking only. We recommend parking on streets off of 31st Street & Lake Street – neighboring streets such as Aldrich Avenue and Garfield Avenue often have parking available.

Me and my fiancee decided book on a short notice and the hosts were more than accomodating! the room was spotless and the check in instructions were crystal clear! the array of toys was AMAZING! quite literally thousands of dollars of fun at your fingertips! though parking is a little tight it is nothing to be discouraged about! we were even allowed a late check out by the host! 1000/10 will recommend

omfg!! my wife and i stayed here for our anniversary night. it was amazing. we were blown away by the amount of things to do. we had sooo much fun. the parking situation isn't ideal but we made it work. we will be back in the future forsure!

This was definitely a unique experience!!! I haven't stop talking about it to my friends! The style definitely sets the stage. Parking can be a bit of an issue for the area. Also, suggest checking in 1st prior to bringing in luggage. During the winter months, the entrance may be a bit of a challenge for others. There is an alternate entrance for easier transport. But overall, I would definitely book this breathing property again!!

Hot spot for a spicy date night! There are a lot of toys to play with in this dungeon! We had soooo much fun exploring each other, it really expanded my horizons. I do wish parking was easier though

I have stayed in this studio before.. it is incredible! A versatile space with many delightful BDSM furniture pieces. The studio is well stocked with BDSM gear, more than the photos show! Recommend to anyone wanting a retreat, special occasion or simply playtime!
