TERMS OF SALE
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). We cannot accept personal checks, travelers checks, or money orders. Payment must be made through our online checkout process. 

Prices are subject to change at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that are already confirmed or in processing.

Shipping and sales tax are not included in displayed product prices, but are calculated during checkout. Items will be shipped via USPS. Shipping times vary by location. We make every effort to get items to you as quickly as possible, but due to the uncontrollability of the process once the item has left our shipping location, Bondesque will not be liable for delayed, lost, or destroyed packages.

Bondesque and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Bondesque does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Bondesque itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Due to the nature of the products and in the interest of safety and hygiene, some of the items we sell may not be eligible for return. Product availability is subject to supply, and out of stock items will be back-ordered and shipped as soon as possible.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Bondesque or to products you purchase through Bondesque shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Minnesota, USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Bondesque’s intellectual property rights, Bondesque may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Minnesota, USA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
