We recommend that someone helps you take your measurements, but if you do not have a helper, use a mirror to ensure the tape measure is level across.
Use a soft tape measure to take your measurements. If in between sizes, size up.
Measuring for Apparel
Neck: Hold the end of the tape at the middle center of your neck and wrap around.
Bust: Measure the fullest part of your bust. Hold the end of the tape at the center of the fullest part of your bust. This is typically over the nipples. Wrap the tape around your chest, back, and under the arms. Be sure the tape measure is level across the back.
Waist: Measure the smallest part of your waist. Hold the end of the tape at the center of your waist and wrap the tape around the abdomen and across the back.
Butt: Measure the fullest part of your butt. Hold the end of the tape at the fullest point of one side of your butt and wrap the tape measure around.
Hips: You can measure your hips just above the hip bone, over the hip bone, or below the hip bone depending on what you are measuring for.
High-waisted bottoms require measurements at least 1” above the hip bone or at the waist if it is very high-waisted.
For masculine pants, measure your hips at the upper hip. For feminine pants, measure at the lower hip.
Hold the end of the tape at the center of your hips and wrap around evenly.
For Corsets: Take your waist measurement and deduct 4-6”. If you wish for a smaller waist, deduct 6”. If you are looking for a milder waist, deduct 4”. This number will be your size. If you are in between sizes, size up.
Measuring for BDSM Gear
For Strap-on Harnesses: Measure just above as well as below the hip bone.

Wrist: Hold the end at the center of your wrist and wrap the tape around evenly.
Ankle: Hold the end at the center of your ankle and wrap the tape around evenly.
Head: For full head measurements, measure your head both horizontally and vertically. To measure horizontally, hold the end of a soft tape measure at the center of your face. Wrap the tape around the head evenly. Repeat this around the chin and the forehead.
To measure vertically, hold the end of a soft tape measure from the top of your head to where your head meets your neck. Take this measurement on one side of the head.

To make a return, please submit a ticket requesting your return or exchange. Please include what you would like to return and the reason for your request.

If you do not have a loyalty account with us, please submit your request via email. Send an email to info@bondesque.com and please include your order number, what you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
Store Purchases Returns
Return requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Return requests for store pickup purchases made online must be placed within 5 business days after purchase. To request a return, please give us a call at 612-200-8350 or send us an email at info@bondesque.com.
Returns are eligible for size exchange or store credit only. The following items are not returnable:
- Non-defective sex toys
- Impact gear
- Bondage gear
- CBT gear
- Medical instruments
- Underwear
- Lubricants/body oils
All items must include all packaging and original tags. They must be in new, unsoiled, and undamaged condition. If items do not conform to these requirements, there will be no exchange or return given.
To return or exchange a defective item, please bring your item in store or ship your item to us for inspection. If you must ship your item to us for a return or exchange, we will send you a shipping label. Upon verification of the defective/damaged item, your return or exchange will be approved.
