I used to think soap and water was enough to clean my toys since I'm the only one using them, but I found out the hard way it was not, and my gyno recommended finding an antibacterial toy cleaner. I've been using this one ever since and haven't had any further issues. Its unscented, easy to use and a safe option for toys you can't boil to sanitize.
