1. How do I change an order I have already placed?
   • Orders that have been placed cannot be changed after they have been shipped. Your best option is to call our retail store at 612-200-8350 ASAP, and we may be able to help you change your order.

   • We are a small, independent, woman-owned business that actively works to support and offer positive resources the kink community. Our team members are real people who are into the lifestyle and care about the work we do together. Our passion goes into everything we do, including how we treat and work to help our customers. 
3. Can I return or exchange items?
   • Please view our [RETURN POLICY]. Unfortunately, some items are not eligible for return. These include:
     • Sex toys
     • Lubricants and body oils
     • Other adult products and novelties in packages which have been opened.
       
       
4. Do you offer discreet shipping?
   • We ship via USPS and use standard USPS boxes. The return sender will be listed as "Black and Red."
     
     
5. How long will it take for my order to ship?
